US Green Building Council creates Daley award

CHICAGO (AP) — Mayor Richard Daley is being honored for his efforts to make Chicago a green city. The U.S. Green Building Council has created the Mayor Richard M. Daley Legacy Award for Global Leadership in Creating Sustainable Cities.
