Laticrete, a manufacturer of eco-friendly tile and ceramic products,  promoted three people in its technical services division. Dean Cunningham was promoted to supervisor in tech services; Rick Carino was promoted to senior in tech services and coordinator for the company’s Floor Heat technical services; and Patrick Allen was promoted to a senior position for Laticrete in Indiana.
