Financial planner Green running for Dist. 27A delegate

After 15 years in the banking and finance industry, Accokeek resident Theron Green said he decided to run for the District 27A seat in the House of Delegates to not only advocate for local issues, such as building more schools and easing traffic, but also put his financial management skills to work for the cash-strapped state.
