Indianapolis Metro Police say a car hit a building near Dorman and East Michigan streets early Thursday morning. The intensity of the crash left green paint on the building. Police say the 21 year old and 26 year old men were not wearing seat belts. One was thrown into the back seat from the force of the crash. IFD was called to the scene to put out a small engine fire.
