Baja building first in region certified green

A 14-story office building in Tijuanas Rio Zone is being celebrated today as the first certified green structure in northwest Mexico. Its amenities include bridges and skylights, a vast airy central chamber, and an aluminum skin to filter out ultraviolet rays.
