Green Building Council to open Napa branch

NAPA The Redwood Empire chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council plans to open a Napa branch by fall, rather than sometime in late 2011, as had been anticipated by chapter officials earlier this year, according to Bob Massaro, chapter vice president and chief executive officer of Napa-based Healthy Buildings USA.
