Chambersburg company receives green building award

CHAMBERSBURG, Wednesday, April 21 – Brechbill & Helman Construction Co. of Chambersburg has received an award from the Green Building Association of Central Pennsylvania for its work on the Vacon building in the Chambers-5 Business Park.
