Nipun Shivalkar, B.Arch., PMP®, LEED GA, has been promoted to associate director with CBRE’s Central Region PJM Occupier team. With a career spanning multiple countries, Shivalkar has gained invaluable global experience, starting in India and moving on to deliver impactful projects in Malaysia, Canada and beyond. Shivalkar joined CBRE in 2016 and has since contributed to high-profile projects for organizations such as Google, Kijiji, Cassels and Toronto Research Chemicals. His expertise encompasses all facets of project management, including capital projects, budget preparation, procurement and turnover. Shivalkar brings a strong focus on sustainable practices and technical excellence. In his most recent role as senior project manager, Shivalkar led projects that met ambitious timelines and quality standards, showcasing his ability to manage complex urban infrastructure projects with strategic planning and collaboration. As associate director, he will continue to drive innovation and excellence, reinforcing CBRE’s commitment to delivering sustainable, high-performance solutions.
