Laura Kennington

After 20 years with national firm OTJ Architects, Laura Kennington, LEED AP, has been elevated to the role of president and co-CEO. Kennington began her journey at OTJ as a marketing coordinator while the firm was still functioning as a local practice on a smaller scale. Since joining, Kennington has led development, strategic initiatives and talent acquisition, resulting in the development of seven national locations, over 200 added employees and earnings of $40 million annually. Kennington will continue trailblazing the firm’s strategy while fostering positive partnerships alongside co-CEO Lance Jaccard AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, who will focus on talent and deliverables.
