Daniel Brown

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Philadelphia has chosen architect, educator and transportation advocate Daniel Brown to receive the 2024 Young Architect Award. The award honors registered architects between ages 25 and 39 for their impact in leadership, practice and service. Brown is an architect at the North American design firm EwingCole. Brown brings a thoughtful approach and technicality to his projects, which include residential developments to top stadiums. Brown is also an adjunct professor at his alma mater Drexel University, where he teaches students in Architectural Representation and the Integrated Design Studio, fostering an approach that balances rigorous sustainable design principles with innovation.
