ABC to Move to Capitol Hill

ARLINGTON, Va. — Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is moving its national office from Arlington, Va., to Washington, D.C. The organization signed an 11-year lease with First Potomac Realty Trust for 19,830 square feet of office space.

ABC will take up the entire second floor and one-third of the third floor in the 10-story building. The Washington office of OTJ Architects is designing the office space, while Falls Church, Va.-based Hitt Contracting is the general contractor. Both companies are ABC members.
