Betco’s Symplicity Green Earth Pot & Pan Detergent is a solid non-phosphate machine detergent, designed to remove heavy food soils over a wide range of water conditions in both high and low temperature dish machines. Robert Preiss
A 33-year industry veteran, Robert Preiss now leads the energy modeling and high performance building efforts at Gilbane Building Company. In his new role, he will oversee the integration of high performance building and energy modeling practices across all Gilbane markets, where he will deal with projects that include lighting system designs, energy screenings, feasibility studies, energy savings, and equipment testing and evaluation.
