LA, DC and Atlanta Rank in EPA’s Cities With Most Energy Star Buildings
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released its annual list of the 25 U.S. metropolitan areas with the most Energy Star-certified buildings for 2011 — with Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Atlanta topping out the list.

Johnnie D. Lohrum, Jr., AIA, of SchenkelShultz Architecture, was promoted to associate and achieved designation as a registered architect. A LEED Accredited Professional and seven-year veteran of the firm, Lohrum is currently working on the Volusia County Emergency Operations and Communications Center, and the Arbor Ridge K-8 School Additions and Renovation for Orange County Public Schools.
