Newark Police are investigating a report of gunshots that were fired into an apartment. At 2:35 a.m. on August 13, gunshot were fired into the Studio Green Apartments on Lehigh Road, off Elkton Road. It was learned that the projectiles entered two windows of an apartment in the M Building.
