Kolkata, June 21 : The recent clearing of the Urban Habitat Mission under the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) by Prime Minister Manhomahan Singh’s council on climate change made it mandatory for new commercial buildings in three years to follow the energy-saving building codes.
