SL Green to Sell Venture Stakes, Buy Park Ave. Tower (Update1)

May 10 (Bloomberg) — SL Green Realty Corp. , New Yorks biggest landlord, agreed to sell its minority stake in the 1221 Avenue of the Americas building for $576 million to help fund the purchase of two other Manhattan office towers.
