Downtowns Twelve West building wins environmental nod

When it comes to large, energy-saving buildings, Portland continues to capture the eyes of the world. American Institute of Architects named the Twelve West building at Southwest 12th Avenue and Washington Street one of its Top Ten Green Projects last month.
