Daniel Overbey

Daniel Overbey, AIA, is a recipient of the 2014 AIA Young Architects Award from the American Institute of Architects. Overbey is currently the director of sustainable design practices at Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf Architects in Indianapolis as well as an adjunct faculty member at Ball State University, at which he teaches environmental systems to second- and third-year architecture students. Overbey earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University and his Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Additionally, he served as a critic and advisor for the Solar Decathlon team from Ball State University and the University of Louisville for two years and volunteers with residents of the Near East district of Indianapolis to implement a net-zero community plan.
