International engineering and architectural firm Buchart Horn (BH) recently promoted W. Scott Loercher, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, to associate vice president of the firm’s Architectural Division. Loercher will be responsible for developing and carrying out a strategy for growing and demonstrating the expertise of the division. Loercher, who joined BH in 1995, has most recently served the company in the role of principal and director of design.

Architect John Cetra and Interior Designer Nancy Ruddy of New York-based CetraRuddy were awarded a spot in the prestigious Interior Design Hall of Fame. Cetra and Ruddy are already widely known as the designers behind such major residential works as One Madison in New York City and Choice Marina in Cochin, India. They are also known for hospitality expertise, including the Galleria Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; the acclaimed SushiSamba in London; and Miami’s Sugarcane.
Green building and sustainability consulting firm Paladino and Company announced that Executive Technical Director Brad Pease, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been named a 2015 LEED Fellow by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). The LEED Fellow designates the most exceptional professionals and it is the most prestigious designation awarded from GBCI. Pease has dedicated 12 years to the sustainable building industry, including work on more than 100 LEED-certified projects.
