Dewberry, a firm specializing in engineering, architectural, program management, planning, geographic information and environmental services, welcomed Charles Stebbins, CPG, CHMM, as senior project manager in the environmental services branch. He has technical expertise in the investigation of contamination in and regulated of soil and groundwater during construction. Ami Gulden, PWS, also joined the firm’s environmental services branch. She will assist in wetland delineations, stream studies and threatened and endangered species work for the firm.

Stephan Castellanos, FAIA, NCARB, joined NTDStichler Architecture as managing director of the new Visalia, Calif., office. He previously served a five-year term as California State Architect, and developed the Excellence in Public Buildings Program for sustainable building.


EcoStar, a manufacturer of roofing materials made of recycled content, hired Frank Saldana as western regional manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, serving as a territory sales manager selling shingles, ventilation, underlayments and various other roofing products.
