Green Mobile Cleaning System

Hydro Systems announced the launch of a new mobile integrated cleaning system, the ICS 8950. It is designed for quick and accurate applications of a single cleaning product at multiple dilution rations, such as when using hydrogen peroxide-based cleaners for floors, glass and sanitary/disinfectant purposes.

Green benefits include energy savings over traditional cord and power-outlet units and a 50 percent reduction of water and chemical consumption, according to the manufacturer. It features virtually silent operation, a low-pressure system reducing the risk of spray back of potentially bacteria-contaminated water and chemicals. The system does not require a vacuum to evacuate wastewater and chemicals, eliminating particulate recontamination from vacuum exhaust.

The unit runs on rechargeable battery power and comes with a dual-battery compartment, allowing users to clean for extended periods. It features an on-board battery charger and battery-life indicator.
