Ryan Schroeder was recently announced as the new president of the Kansas City office of Russell Construction. In this role, Schroeder will focus on strategically expanding client relationships, driving market presence and shaping office culture. He brings more than 37 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry as well as a legacy of leadership, innovation and people-first thinking. Schroeder earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from Kansas State University. He recently retired as the president and CEO of global design and construction firm CRB, where he helped grow the firm’s employee base and presence in North America and Europe. He is also a champion for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City and remains actively involved in advancing his leaderships skills through his affiliation with the National Association of Corporate Directors.
