Catherine Britt, AIA, LEED AP, has been elevated to associate principal at integrated design firm Cuningham Group, recognizing her longstanding contributions to the firm and her leadership within the industry. Since joining Cuningham in 2013, Britt has played a vital role in advancing client relationships, mentoring emerging professionals and driving forward-looking design strategies.
Britt has more than two decades of design industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental law and policy from the University of Michigan as well as a master’s degree in architecture from Arizona State University. She served for seven years as an architect with Architekton and has been an adjunct faculty instructor at Dunwoody College of Technology since 2017. She joined Cuningham Group in 2013 and has brought a multifaceted perspective to both project execution and team development.
This new role acknowledges her influence in shaping Cuningham’s future while reinforcing the firm’s emphasis on design excellence and a strong ownership mindset. Her promotion is part of a broader leadership elevation at the firm, reflecting a shared commitment to innovation, collaboration and a culture of continuous growth.
