Matthew Ziska

Matthew Ziska has been named vice president of environmental health and safety (EHS) at Wells, a Brighton, Colo.-based prefabricated building manufacturer. In his new role, Ziska will focus on strengthening Wells’ safety culture through nationwide operational safety integration.  

As a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Business Continuity Professional, Ziska brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership within safety and environmental fields to his new position. Throughout his career, Ziska has led OSHA compliance efforts for major organizations, inspired safety prioritization at complex operational sites and served as field safety manager. Ziska holds a doctorate in policy and administration from Walden University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
