Patrick Simmons, partner at Martin Simmons Sweers Architects Inc., in Kitchener, Ontario, has announced his retirement after more than three decades at the firm. Simmons joined the Canadian company in 1992 and became a partner two years later, quickly impacting the studio’s mission of thoughtful design through collaboration and community building.
