Clean-Water Pump System
Franklin Electric announces the release of SubDrive SolarPAK, a one-box system solution that provides the pump components needed to build a solar-powered water well. Designed specifically for pumping clean water, the system contains a solar-powered controller, a submersible pump and motor, and a flow switch that allows water to run from five to 90 gallons per minute, according to the company. Using a photovoltaic system as the input power source, the product provides an alternative solution to traditional grid power. It also works with a solar selector and management feature that allows users to note location information and water requirements for the appropriate SolarPAK to be used.
