Neighborhood Shopping District Receives LEED Silver
WASHINGTON — Neighborhood shopping district operator Edens & Avant announced that Mosaic, its 31-acre mixed-use development in Washington, D.C., has achieved Silver Certification as a LEED for Neighborhood Development Plan. The first phase of the project is scheduled to open in Fall 2012.
