Robert Flowers

Lt. General Robert Flowers, former chief of engineers and commanding general of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has joined international sustainable design, consulting, engineering and management firm, Arcadis, as federal program director. Flowers will work in developing the long-term strategy and near-term focus of Arcadis’ federal program, which has expanded in recent months due to the company’s July 2009 merger with Malcolm Pirnie.
