New Hampshire Public Library Awarded LEED Silver
PORTSMOUTH , N.H. — The new $8 million public library here has become the first municipal building in the state to receive LEED Silver certification.
Dedicated in January, the library scored 36 points on the LEED scale, in the areas of energy and water conservation, daylighting, and materials content and recycling.

Tremco introduces the GreenSave Life-Cycle Cost-Benefit Calculator from Tremco for comparing green roofs to conventional roofs. It determines the lowest cost investment for a specific roofing requirement over a specific time frame.
The calculator is useful in determining whether the initial cost of an investment is justified by reductions in future costs such as operating, maintenance, repair or replacement costs.
