TAS Energy has named Loyd Guillot as its new director of the Modular Data Centers business. Based at the company’s headquarters in Houston, Texas, Guillot has been responsible for product development and identifying growth opportunities in the data center market over the last four years. Prior to those responsibilities, he served as Design Manager supporting all businesses within TAS Energy.

James H. Tazelaar recently joined Krusinski Construction Company as a senior project superintendent. Tazelaar is responsible for site supervision on a variety of projects, including the Comcast interior build-out in Oak Brook, Illinois. His previous experience includes 21 years at George Sollitt Construction where, as a aenior project manager, he completed various projects that included LEED Silver-certified facilities.

Pierce brings more than 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience, as well extensive experience in energy-efficient technologies. Alan Scott is now a team member of Cadmus Group’s building practice. Prior to Cadmus, Scott founded Green Buildings Services Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based sustainable building consultancy.
Irvin Pearce, AIA, a founding principal of architectural firm Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee, has been elected president of the North Carolina Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for 2012. He currently serves as co-chair of the Design and Construction Committee for AIA North Carolina’s new Center for Architecture and Design headquarters building.
