WASHINGTON — U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan, who also chairs the Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Taskforce, launched the Rebuild by Design multi-stage regional design competition on June 20 and is accepting entries until July 19.
