A new face is caring for the grounds at Green Hill Cemetery. Larry Cowden, 46, of Waynesboro was hired at the beginning of the year to replace John Null, who retired after 25 1/2 years as superintendent of the 65-acre cemetery along Cemetery Avenue and South Potomac Street.
