Catalano was most recently the manager of the capital projects division for Aurora Water where he managed delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater projects for the city of Aurora, Colo., including the award-winning Prairie Waters Project.

The irrigation system reaches radius settings as low as 6 feet and can reach up to 12 feet. The precipitation rate remains matched across all arc and radius settings at approximately 0.8 inches per hour.
