Lawrence (Larry) Clark
The Green Building Initiative (GBI) has certified Lawrence (Larry) Clark, principal of Sustainable Performance Solutions LLC (SPS), as a Guiding Principles Compliance Professional. Clark completed training and passed a final exam in order to become qualified to assist federal facilities in meeting the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Guiding Principles mandated by executive order (EO) 13514.
