Cali Bamboo recently upgraded its eco-friendly deck system. The renewed BamDeck is now greener, with its durable deck boards made from 60 percent recycled bamboo fiber and 40 percent recycled HDPE plastics, according to the company. Designed to be four times stronger than traditional decking products, the system is also slip resistant and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, according to the company.
Jessica Pearson has been appointed legislative and policy advisor at the Delta Stewardship Council, where she has served as senior policy advisor since 2011. Pearson previously served as deputy secretary at the California Natural Resources Agency and worked at the California Department of Water Resources as policy advisor to the director. There, she was also the special assistant to the chief deputy director from 2006 to 2007.
Thomas E. Krol has been appointed vice president of energy service sales for Donnelly Mechanical, a provider of HVAC and energy services in New York City. A former commodity sales executive at ConEdison Solutions, Krol previously held several other positions in real estate companies such as Macklowe Management, SL Green, Fisher Brothers Management and Rudin Management.
