Thomas E. Krol has been appointed vice president of energy service sales for Donnelly Mechanical, a provider of HVAC and energy services in New York City. A former commodity sales executive at ConEdison Solutions, Krol previously held several other positions in real estate companies such as Macklowe Management, SL Green, Fisher Brothers Management and Rudin Management. Currently serving on the Board of BOMA NY, Krol is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

The $4.2 million LEED Platinum facility is now the state’s greenest building and has recently achieved net-zero energy status after a year of being operational.
