ENR Names Top Green Design Firms
NEW YORK — Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2012 survey of the Top 100 Green Design Firms recognized firms from around the country, including San Francisco-based URS Corp, who ranked number one on this year’s list.

Colorado School Achieves Top LEED Honor
As one of two middle schools in the nation to achieve platinum status, the new Casey Middle School has risen from the site of its 88-year-old predecessor.
Timothy Swales
Vice President of corporate research and development, Dr. Timothy Swales, has assumed the additional role of chief sustainability officer at Johns Manville. Swales’ previous positions within JM included director of research and development as well as director of innovation and commercialization for the engineered products business.
Roof Ventilation System
Greenheck’s new rooftop ventilation unit, Model RV/RVE, conditions and controls any mixture of outdoor and return air.
