ULI Teams Up With Greenprint Foundation to Form Center for Building Performance
WASHINGTON — The Urban Land Institute is teaming up with the Greenprint Foundation to form the ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance, a research center about real estate and the environment.


Steven Bushnell, a senior director at California-based Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co., has been appointed to the U.S. Green Building Council 2012 board of directors. At Firemans’ Fund, Bushnell is responsible for development of products and services for emerging industries. In 2006, he developed the first green building insurance coverage in the industry.
BURBANK, Calif. — Burbank Water and Power and AHBE Landscape Architects have completed the first phase of the state’s first sustainable utility campus.
WASHINGTON — The Sustainable Sites Initiative has certified the first three projects under its new rating system that evaluates the sustainable design, construction and maintenance of built landscapes.

Ronn has more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, with concentrations in the energy and technology industries. He is certified as a LEED-accredited professional by the USGBC and owns the first LEED-H certified home in Houston.
