Green Onion is filling more than one niche (The Carmi Times)

She doesn’t consider herself a great cook and she never aspired to be a restaurant owner. But Sandy Orr and her oldest daughter, Jennifer Johnson, are feeding hundreds of people each week through their Crossville-based business, The Green Onion. Orr was the speaker at Thursday’s weekly luncheon meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Carmi, held at the Farm Bureau Building.
