WASHINGTON — Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), headquartered in Washington, and the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), based in Ottawa, Ontario, announced a new agreement to promote and advance the WELL Building Standard (WELL) in Canada.
The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features that impact human health and wellbeing, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. It complements other green building rating systems such as LEED.Read more
WASHINGTON — Washington, D.C.-based Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) and Bureau Veritas of Paris, have finalized the terms of their agreement to facilitate LEED certification internationally.
GBCI is a third-party organization that administers certification for LEED, the International Well Building Institute’s WELL Building Standard (WELL) and the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).
