Manufactured, custom-built, prefabricated modular bathrooms introduced as InoviaPods by Novi Industries are designed off-site, using environmentally friendly materials, including light-gauge steel framing and magnesium oxide board sheathing, according to the company. InoviaPods follow certain building, electrical, HVAC and plumbing protocol to meet specific size, layout and finish requirements. Made to be fire-proof as well as resist water, pests, mold, and mildew, the bathroom pods are know to be non-toxic materials, meeting health and safety standards, according to the company.

Armstrong linoleum sheet flooring products, including Marmorette, Linorette, Colorette, Granette and UniWalton, is certified as a United States Department of Agriculture biobased product, consisting of 100 percent agricultural, forestry, or marine materials, according to the company. A sustainable and modern flooring system, linoleum is made with natural ingredients, including linseed oil, wood powder, resins and ground limestone. Its rich colors come from mineral pigments, while the floor has an all-natural jute fabric backing.

Providing construction and building products designed to meet LEED requirements, Mantisgrip introduces its Wenatchee-based CNC cutting machine. Using the solar powered torch to cut sheet metals, the company will later launch its Purity standard framing connectors.
