Manufactured, custom-built, prefabricated modular bathrooms introduced as InoviaPods by Novi Industries are designed off-site, using environmentally friendly materials, including light-gauge steel framing and magnesium oxide board sheathing, according to the company. InoviaPods follow certain building, electrical, HVAC and plumbing protocol to meet specific size, layout and finish requirements. Made to be fire-proof as well as resist water, pests, mold, and mildew, the bathroom pods are know to be non-toxic materials, meeting health and safety standards, according to the company.


Charles Perry Partners Inc. (CPPI) has appointed Brian J. Hayes as South Florida regional director/manager at its South Florida office in Vero Beach. Hayes rejoined the company in 2009, having earlier served as project manager from 1999-2003.
