Richard Munson Miller

Richard Munson Miller, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, has joined Hoefer Wysocki, an interdisciplinary architecture and interior design firm, as partner. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, he serves as the national leader for the firm’s higher education practice. Throughout the course of his 30-year career, Miller has been responsible for the completion of more than 40 major university projects at more than 28 institutions totaling more than $1 billion in construction. His portfolio in the last 15 years includes work with Tier One public university systems, private institutions and community college districts across Texas and the southwest U.S. Prior to joining Hoefer Wysocki, Miller served as a founding principal and southwest regional practice peader of Perkins+Will’s Texas Higher Education Practice, and principal and national higher education market sector leader for Ellerbe Becket. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Architecture, Miller is a registered architect and interior designer in Texas, and an accredited professional with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Building Design and Construction specialization, (LEED AP BD+C).
