Buchart Horn Inc. announced its recent re-hire of Glen R. DeWillie, PE. DeWillie was previously employed at Buchart Horn for six years, most notably serving as executive vice president from 2008 to 2010. He returns to help advance the Water Resources Division as a market leader and senior engineer. DeWillie brings more than 30 years of experience in water resources and environmental sciences. His 20 years of service in U.S. Army Corps of Engineers culminated in commanding the Buffalo District, where he led a 300-person team in the planning, design, and operation of flood control, navigation, and water resources management projects. DeWillie holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy and a Master of Science in environmental engineering from Stanford University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
